Absolutely. We operate under strict privacy controls. Your manuscript is uploaded through an encrypted SSL channel, processed on secure servers, and never used to train public models. Once your edit is delivered, your manuscript and editorial files are retained securely for 90 days to facilitate revisions, after which they are permanently purged from our servers (temporary API processing states are deleted immediately upon project completion). We sign mutual non-disclosure terms prior to receiving any files.

We exclusively offer translation into English (US and UK) to ensure the highest editorial standards. We can translate from almost any source language.

Unlike standard automated translators that yield clunky, literal, and "wooden" outcomes, our system operates in context-aware stages. First, it maps the global glossary and character atlas. You will receive a standard Microsoft Word file (`.docx`) containing native Tracked Changes and Margin Comments. You do not need to copy and paste text back and forth; you simply click "Accept Change" or discuss comments in your normal Word application.

• Complete: A senior human editor reads the entire manuscript front-to-back, matching the automated metrics with the "soul" of the text, writing in-depth developmental margin comments, and providing a second round of edits after your revisions.
• Translation: A native-speaking translator-editor reviews and edits the translated copy line-by-line to ensure absolute flow and idiomatic accuracy.

Absolutely not. Protecting your authentic voice is our highest priority. Before any edits are suggested, the ALINE engine crawls your manuscript to map your personal vocabulary footprint, syntactic rhythms, dialect (e.g., US vs. UK spelling preferences), and pacing habits.
